Dr. Elder is the worst doctor I have ever seen. My express wishes with regard to my treatment were modified without letting me know. I found out after it was too late. And when painful complications arose, I had to almost beg to be seen. When I returned to the office, in terrible pain, I was told my problem was unrelated to the procedure she did on me and that she did not know what she could do for me. Her manner was extremely unprofessional, cold and uncaring. The visit focused more on her dodging blame than helping me and offering solutions. I went to multiple doctors who all confirmed that the pain I was experiencing was directly related to the procedure she performed on me. I do not trust this doctor at all. Look elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific experience. The office staff is less than professional let alone friendly. After numerous office visits (over approx 5+) for the same problem I was miss diagnosed over and over, given the wrong medications that only made the condition worse, I was put through an excruciating procedure only to learn it was not necessary if not harmful and in the process the NP forgot to submit a culture. I feel like I have gotten abused in every way by this practice and would recommend that anyone looking for good care to look elsewhere! You might end up in the ER like me and find that 3 other doctors confirm that I was misdiagnosed and badly treated.
