The doctor and his staff get to know their patients and find out what they need. They consider me important and listen to my concerns. Dr. John will diagnose any ailment carefully, asking pertinent questions about the injury or ailment before making the diagnosis. He will prescribe the correct treatment immediately upon obtaining the correct information. He answers all my questions clearly and accurately. I trust Dr. John Bentwood completely, and know that I could not be in better hands. His knowledge and experience as a surgeon is topnotch, and he has proven himself a dedicated professional. He also knows to whom to refer patients for specialized areas of treatment or surgery, such as asthma or cryotherapy.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I really liked that they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits thoroughly. I was able to make a much more informed decision. I was very impressed with their office. Everything was so neat and orderly, and I could tell that they took pride in how fantastic their office looked.
