This provider seems to have lost sight of the intention to heal and help. I went in with a legitimate health concern and instead of addressing the nuances of this concern, I was lectured about why I needed to have an IUD placed (when I answered that I was not interested in taking any hormonal birth control and was not concerned about birth control at this visit today). He highly offended me and clearly does not have much empathy for females, which is a sad irony in the OB-GYN profession. I feel truly empathetic towards anyone that must visit this practice with an authentic health concern. I left in tears and later called the office to inform his staff that I would not be consulting with this physician again. His care exemplifies that often callous attitude and treatment that people receive at the hands of physician stress and burnout. Hopefully this practitioner will seek some self-care and continuing education training on compassionate patient care. It would make a world of difference to his patients. This was the worst healthcare experience that I have ever had.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back.
