Dr Kirk is a very friendly and well knowledge doc. His staff for the past year has been horrible. They are rude and very pushy. I am always placed on hold and my questions are never answered. To be honest the girl who was there before, whom I miss dearly was fantastic and always very friendly and had a smile on her face. I wish the staff now was more like her. I have told this to Dr Kirk many of times since she has left!!
