They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

The pediatric group and facility are fine, but Dr. Bussmann herself is not. For the first couple years we used her, I felt that we simply didn't connect but she was ok, at least nothing significant had occured that would lead me to have a negative attitude.
But, when we did have reasons to see her for some medical concerns, I found her advice and directions were truly dangerous and inconsitnact with proper medical advice in both situations.

These were 2 differet problems, one she probably should not have attemted to advice us on, she should have directed us to my child's specialist in that matter. Thankfully I knew better than to follow her advice, whcih would have left us severely overdosing our child on a medication that too much has the potential to lead to death.

The 2nd issue, had I followed her advice had the potential to have my child experience and severe reaction that also has the potential to lead to dealth.

So basically, her advice had real potentional to have killed my child twice. I know better and would never have followed either, but the thought that she is praciting with such disreguard to her patients and recognizing that she has no business advising in areas that she is not trained in is downright scary.

Please!!! consiter a different ped for you children. My limited experience with other Drs in that same ped group were fine. We liked one of them, but stay away from Dr. Bussmann, and if she must be seen (hopefully only for a last minute appt not as a regular ped) please double check any information she gives or prescriptions she gives!!! It could save you're child.
