If I compare him to others in his field, I wouldn't say he's the worst, but he is definitely not the best. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Although he knows his stuff medically, he comes across as self-important and is, at times, condescending. It's just not the way I treat others in my profession, nor the the way I would prefer to be treated.
