Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
