They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I had insurance questions and the office manager answer all my question and explained how the insurance works i was very happy with her and my assistance angie. I will always good back to these dental office

I am actually switching insurance so I can go elsewhere.....I walked out....We were a new patient appt....They did not greet, but gave lots if info to fill out....including an informed consent that had to be signed for treatment before they ever saw you!!! This is illeagal......you cannot give consent before diagnosis!!! They were running over an hour behind, and when my adult daughter was called back, she stated that she was walking out. She said she was not certain that sterilization was good....also they took xrays in the middle where all chairs were exposed to every persons xrays. The lady who did them had to repeat 6 times, and could not speak english. She was ignored when she tried to tell her she didnt need some xrays. They seated her back in waiting area to wait again for her cleaning. This is when we discussed the fact that we were uncomfortable in this office and would not be staying for treatment. It was like going to Mexico.....also the office is located in a shady strip mall.....seriously has 2 strip clubs in the same area. I spoke to manager to tell her we were leaving, she said the extern was working on her and that is why she had to retake xrays so many times. Seriously, who puts an extern with a new patient??
