There are not many dentist that except insurance so i am grateful for that but it was extreme busy and they pretty much sent me home with a pamphlet on tooth extraction i didnt even know i had prescriptions till i walking out the door the desk ladys were nice as was the assistants

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The dentist acts like he knows it all and when a patient tells them something hurt during a procedure he insists it didnt hurt them at all he doesnt listen to his patients nor make any extra effort to make nervous patients comfortable during traumatic experiences nor does he provide proper aftercare i.e giving correct pain medication or antibiotics to ensure patients comfort after any novacaine has been given and worn off.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
