I will never visit this dentist again! I had two cavities... one on each side of my mouth. Mr. Bloom does not believe you should numb both sides of the mouth at once so this was need for two office visits. On the first visit, he filled a tooth on the left hand side, while he and his hygienist were literally dancing to the music... Dancing with a drill in his hand in my mouth! My next visit, he took out the Novocaine and pointed the needle toward my left tooth. I jerked back and asked, "What are you doing?" He told me that we were supposed to be filling a cavity on a tooth on the left side of my mouth. I disagreed and he looked at his chart. He had written in his chart that they had filled the right cavity last week. He began to argue with me, until finally I got him to look in my mouth and see the filling on the LEFT side of my mouth. He was then quite rude as he did the correct numbing/filling.

He has also made horrendous mistakes with another family member as well.
