I gave high reviews in every category, because the two men working at this office are very good dentists. The dental assistants are attentive and well-versed in the field as well.

The reason I will never go back is because of a receptionist named Kim. She has a habit of lying on the phone and hanging up on patients. If you call to ask them a question about the bill, she'll hang up on you. If you call back and ask why she hung up, she'll say, "I didn't."

If the dentist tells you to call him with questions, and you call him with questions, she will not let you talk to him but she will not answer your questions and she will not tell the dentist you've called. Nobody will ever call you back.

To be honest, I'm sad to have to leave this review. Dr. Roush is a good dentist, and Dr. Mike (I can't recall his last name, but he handled my more recent appointments) is a kind and hard-working man. The fact that the receptionist is such an unprofessional and hot-headed reactionary. I would like very much to return to this office, but I will not subject myself to her poor treatment and disrespect.
