I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They overcharge for services to your insurance company and get paid by insurance and say they didnt and then bill you again
I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
