Dishonest! Absolutely go somewhere else!
They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me.
I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
