The staff are friendly but the dentist who owns the place completely lacks basic customer service skills, will push you to get unnecessary surgery, and made me feel very uncomfortable since he doesn't want to take "no" for an answer. I would never visit them again unless I could be guaranteed to not have to deal with the bad dentist ever again. I was very disappointed.

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes! It was effortless!
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
