I found Dr. Ottoson to be quite rude and condescending. Every time I have called to ask a question, she has cut me off mid-sentence and acted like I was completely incompetent. Also, she performed the cleaning herself, and it was unnecessarily painful. The staff was very friendly and the office itself was very nice, with big windows. I've been there a few times, but I won't be returning.
