This place is a horrible, manipulative office and I am not saying this lightly. Dr. Artyom Grigoryan, Angie and his whole team are crooks. They are also very rude and do not care about the patient. Dr. Art did a crown on a front tooth, but he also suggested I have 4 of my front teeth removed without any other options offered. After having the permanent crown placed, I noticed that it was the wrong color. Dr. Art initially said it was the right color, which shows how he was gaslighting me, because then later on he admitted that while he ordered the correct color the lab created the wrong color. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they said the color was horribly wrong and he used the completely wrong material and that I also did not meet my teeth removed and could get root canals instead. They could not believe that any dentist would cement a gigantic improperly colored crown on someone like that and it showed how unprofessional and inexperienced he is. Dr. Art said he would redo it for free, then Dr. Art called me up himself and said that he would prefer that I get it done elsewhere and would refund me for it, which I thought unusual, but agreed. I confirmed with him and his staff that they would refund what I paid and what my insurance paid them. They said that they would refund what I paid and what my insurance paid them, but they would need proof of crown in order to do that. Then when I sent them the proof of crown they gaslit me again and lied and said that they would only refund what I paid. They lied on their internal notes as well, misrepresenting the conversation we had. Dr. Art is fresh dentist out of school, so he has very little dental experience, zero professionalism, and is incredibly rude along with the administrator who only care about taking payments and not their patients. His bedside manner is unprofessional and will not take accountability for anything unless backed into a corner. Stay away from this place at all cost!!
