The office staff is rude and disrespectful. Sadly , they are who I picked with my insurance so changing . I waited over a month for my initial appointment. I called to confirm my appointment that day and they said sorry we had to cancel it there was an emergency , they did this without calling me. They at first wanted to reschedule me more then a month away. After calling back to speak to a manager they "suddenly had a cancellation" Fast forward 2 months until today . I arrived for my noon appointment to be told they cancelled me yet again,but no one called. I asked why not , they said the person who did that had an emergency . I asked for a manager and they said they dont have one.
