Recently My son had an emergency tooth issue that is causing him alot of pain. While his regular dentist could not "fit him in,"and his wait time for an appointment was unknown as they had to- "call me back and and do the best they could for him." I was very unhappy with the care, and consideration for his emergency,and my son had previously told me he didn't like his dentist, but he was in our provider network, so I stayed.

While I was waiting for a call back I called Machgan family dental. The receptionist was very kind,considerate,and informational. I had an apt. for my son right away the next day.

My son really enjoyed his visit and it was a short emergency visit. That same night his oral health habits started to improve. He spent 1/2hr. on his teeth. I was so estatic!! He, for the first time in a very long time, used our agent blue plaque detector, FLOSSED, and brushed his teeth very well. My son is obviously already starting to care more about his oral health just because he "Likes" his dentist. From now on my son will being going to Tom Machgan for his dental care.
