Terrifying visit for my 6-year-old who typically loves the dentist. Dr. Eussen did't bother to make my child feel safe. Dr. Eussen hardly made eye contact, promptly put my son in a headlock, forcefully jammed an instrument into his cavity, then acted annoyed when my son cried. Dr. Eussen then proceeded to complain about my full-coverage insurance and asked us to leave when I wouldn't agree to have my son put under full anesthesia (without an anesthesiologist on staff!) for a filling. As an adult, I was terrified of Dr. Eussen, and I can't imagine a child feeling welcomed or well cared for in this office. Avoid at all costs.
