Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
