I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
