Dr. Baechtold (and staff) do an excellent job of keeping my teeth in excellent health. The doctor has examined my teeth after a cleaning, and replaced almost all of my old filling over the past seven years (all of them were old). He is a perfectionist and does an outstanding job. All of his dental hygienists are very well trained and do excellent teeth cleaning. Going into his very clean office, it reminds me of going back in time when you actually had good, professional service and were not herded in and out of the office. I can definitely trust Dr. Baechtold to do an excellent job and provide me with good professional service.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
