One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. I don't think they even brushed their teeth, it was gross. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
