They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
