Dr. Bailey goes well beyond what is normal to insure the patient understands the procedure and even takes the time to show the patient , using computer graphics, what the treatments process is and the expected results. In my case he even took me to the lab to show how my new crown was being made. During the procedure great attention is given to ensuring that the patient is comfortable and at ease. The staff is always friendly, caring, and concerned for your treatment and outcome. Very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. My family has been patients of Dr. Bailey for over 25 years and have never been disappointed in the care provided. There have been cases when we had a dental emergency and he and his staff went well out of the way to arrange for are treatment the same day as we called. You can count our Dr. Bailey's office to be very clean with a chearful atmosphere. You can't get better providers than Dr. Bailey and his staff.

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I had a minor dental emergency (my first chipped tooth of my life) that was cutting my tongue. I called on Monday to get in ASAP and they never returned my call because they "decided" to open on Friday instead of Monday that week and never changed their outgoing message to state this. In addition, when I finally DID get a call back, I told the receptionist about my frustration in not being able to get in during 'normal' business hours and she laughed and said she forgot to change the outgoing message to reflect that they weren't in the office on the ONE day that I needed help! I asked to speak to an office manager and the girl hesitated and then said sure, however I never received a phone call back. I wonder if the dentist has any idea that he lost the business of a family of 4 because of a 'flighty' chic in the front office.
