They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. My family have been going to Doc Strother for the last 12 years. We think everyon there are AWESOME!!!!! My children just love him and look forward to seeing him. I always recomend him to everyone!
