Accounting department does not know what they are doing.... Quoted me a price and told me I had proper insurance coverage only to find out I owed $590.96 out of MY POCKET, because of the dentist lack of understanding of the insurance policy they are quoting. If their uninformed accounting department had not assured me I was covered I would have held off on the work I needed done. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU, IT WILL COST YOU OUT OF YOUR POCKET FOR THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. Only reason they are not getting a negative rating is because this review does not allow me to.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DENTIST!
