I've been to this Gentle Dental before, in fact, it was a good office until recently; with nice, friendly staff. My original dentist was Dr. Grunland who took over their Pyuallup office; I stayed at the Bonney Lake office due to location. In the last two months they rescheduled my husband's routine cleaning three times.

This last visit was horrible! It should have been a quick, easy procedure (replacing a temporary crown with a permanent crown) I ended up waiting an hour to see the dentist, who numbed me and left the room for another 15 minutes. I ended up leaving without getting the work completed. I called the Pyuallup Office and transferred over to Dr. Grunland. I am not sure if this is a one time incident, but I'm not going to let it happen again.
