I love Dr. Long. He is always fair, takes time to answer my questions, and offers a cash discount. His office is small but clean and his staff is the same from year to year-no high turnover. He's a great dentist that I've been seeing for over 13 years. I highly recommend him!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
