I had a very traumatic experience with my dentist when I was a child and was terrified to see anyone for years. My mom took me to Gentle Dental Care when I was in High School and I flat out refuse to go any where else, even though I now have to drive an hour to get there. I still have a tendency to panic a bit, especially with any "work" other than cleanings, but they're so patient, kind, and gentle with me, and there's always someone there who will stand and hold my hand or talk reasuaringly to me if I need it. I'm also morbidly obese, and have been turned away from places saying the chair would not hold me weight, but Dr. Hiller and Mary Kay (the woman who cleans my teeth every 6 months) are always kind and respectful. And Mary Kay is SUCH a dear!! I just ADORE her!! Like I said, I'll never go anywhere else.
