All simple procedures such as cleanings and minor cosmetic fixes were fine--the problems arose when he has to do complicated and serious jobs on teeth. I wouldn't recommend going to him for anything bigger than a minor fix up like a small cavity. He replaced my real teeth with dentures, but it was done so wrong (the front teeth stick out) that it changed my entire facial appearance. He wouldn't admit that he did the job wrong and refused to fix it, finding a thousand excuses to not redo the job. Needless to say, it was an incredibly expensive procedure: I would have liked it to be done well.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
