They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. This dentist and his staff are all top rate. I feel confident in recommending this practice to anyone.
