We had a terrible experience. I took both of my kids for a regular cleaning. They recommended that I seal the kids teeth which was fine but I wanted to space the seals out because of our insurance. They assured me that the insurance would cover the expense. After we got home I had to make an appointment with another dentist because my kids were in such pain (both kids) and they refused to go back to the same dentist. After a couple more weeks I received a bill for over $400.00 and after calling I was told that it was a mistake, and the insurance did not cover what they thought so I was left paying the bill. I paid the bill. Now after almost a year I get a collection notice and had to go back and provide proof that I paid it.
