After being to this dentist and reading the other reviews, I wouldn't put it past the receptionist as the one filling these surveys out.
I have never had a problem with the Dr, but his wife working there ruins the office/ practice. She will over bill you and unless you catch it yourself, and she will not listen to a word you say.
You have to pay for everything as soon as your insurance is billed. She tried to get me to pay before I left with my mouth still numb and in pain. You get your bill in the mail before the insurance has even had a chance to pay. Forget trying to talk to her, she will talk down to you and you are wrong no matter what.
The practice would be better if she wasn't involved or he just got rid of her.
