I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.
