Just left this dental practice and will only return next week as my son needs one more visit to complete the work required. My son really liked the dentist himself, he did a great job. As far as the front office goes, forget it! Firstly if you have a primary and supplemental insurance as I do they will bill the primary and then require you to pay up front for treatment before they bill the supplemental insurance, $637 out of pocket right then and there. When I asked the receptionist why the didn't bill the secondary insurance before requiring me to pay she answered she didn't know it wasn't her job and I need to speak with the insurance person who wasn't around to talk to. That's just a simple payment question, not an complicated issue but I could not be help and was told, with an attitude, to come back and speak to the insurance person. I had just sat in the office for my son's treatment for 21/2hrs I did not want to come back (they were over booked and the dentist had patients at one time and went from one to the other, again not professional, not the dentist fault but the front office for overbooking). When I went ahead and paid, the receptionist continually sighed and acted ticked off with me for bothering her. Totally unprofessional staff, not the kind of place I will continue with, my family will move on, but it is a shame because the work of the dentist was great. They need to get professional people to deal with customers, that's your first and last impression of a business, if it's not good it lingers and there's no reversing that impression. I would not recommend this practice at all.

I scheduled and early morning appointment on a Wednesday for my child's checkup and cleaning. They told me that it would take only 30-40 minutes. Appt 820, called into the room at 8:32. Hard to see that they were behind schedule already at 8 am. The hygienist was very nice. She treated my son well and was very kind in explaining things to him. They moved him into another room once cleaned to wait for the dentist (who by the way doesn't show up until 9 or when he gets there, for us he arrived at 9:10). By the time we actually left the office it was nearly 9:30. If the dentist doesn't come in until 9 they shouldn't schedule him to look at your teeth before then. Seems a waste of my time. I felt disrespected and will not return.
