I experienced a reasonable amount of pain, I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in over four years, so I expected a little more pain than usual. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I am still recovering from the local anesthetic used for my filling, my tongue is still numb after three days, but I'm told that is not uncommon.
