I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office.

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home?
Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
They were rarely able to answer any of my questions
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so
