Before they even scheduled my treatment, they looked at my insurance plan and let me know how much my procedure would cost. They are polite and courteous. When I call, I am not put on hold for a long time and like knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait. The staff is very helpful and does not make me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I have been going to Dr. Yoon for over 12 years and he has done an excellent job with my 11 crowns and a few other procedures. He did not pressure me to do them all at once, which was recommended, but helped prioritize a cost-conscious way of spacing them out over several years. My major work is done, looks and feels good, and I continue going to see Dr. Yoon for 6-month checkups.

They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked.

Dr Yoon made me go there 5 times for a root canal, he couldn't take impression of the crown because I had a little bleeding. I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to take off from work to go there for x-ray. Will not go back again.

I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.
