They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Although I had to wait 2 days to get an appt. I am glad I went here for two reasons. I had went to Lifetime Dental in Woodbridge the day before and was treated horribly by Dr. L Toyer, who not only lied to me right to my face, but also performed procedures on me while infected, HURTING me, made things worse, and said "Pain meds will not work when you have an infection." and gave me nothing for pain. Dr. King was willing to send me to another professional office because I needed a very difficult root canal. Dr. King was very thorough and when he was going to give me Tylonol #3 for pain, was understanding when I told him they would not work and gave me something that would. (A lot of Dr.'s are scared to take their patient's advice on pain anymore. The staff really are firm but understanding about payment. (I had to come back with unexpected co-pay)They're able to answer most of my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. Although the office was not modern, the care was excellent.
