Even though they are a family dentist - do NOT take children to this office. They are negligent. Why have preventive care (i.e. x-rays) if they NEVER take them. For adults they have you sign a waiver if you refuse an x-ray, but not for your own children - it's not even an option, they make the "call" and you and your child suffer the consequences. Now, I have a 5 year old who hates dentists b/c something that could have been caught early through preventive care was found so late that their "naked" eye saw it, and thus he has been through 3 major procedures - at a pediatric dentist. When you call to confront them, they don't want to take the blame, don't want to apologize, just say they do what they think is best - but ANY parent know you involve the parent in decision about their child, which they never did. Then I was asked if they could call to find out all that my son was having to endure (thinking maybe they would realize the severity of their negligence and do something) - but upon regularly checking with the pediatric dentist - they have NEVER called.

Their office was quiet and comfortable; I was able to relax very easily. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I didn't have long to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
