MY CHILDREN BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND FINALLY FOUND A DENTIST THAT THEY LOVE AND DONT CRY WHEN I SAY "HEY WE GOING TO DENTIST" BUT MY DAUGHTER HAD TO GET HOSPITALIZED BECAUSE SHE HAD A SEIZURE AND WE MISSED OUR APT & WHEN I CALLED TO RE-SCHEDULE THE LADY WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME THAT WE HAD TO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST & I TOLD HER MY STORY AND HER ANSWER WAS THAT THEY DONT TOLERATE MISSING APTS AND THEY COULDNT NO LONGER HELP OR CARE FOR MY FAMILY!!! I THINK THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ESP WHEN I HAD TO TELL MY KIDS WE HAD GO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST THEY WERE TERRIFIED ONCE AGAIN....FYI:I WOULD RATE YOUR OFFICE WITH NO STARS BUT IT WONT LET ME POST LIKE THAT!! YOUR OFFICE NEEDS SOME BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRAINING AND REALLY A NEW POLICY WHEN IT COMES TO FAMILY EMERGENCY!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW ABOUT YOUR OFFICE AND HOW WRONG YOU GUYS WERE....YALL SUCK!!!!
