One of the worst experiences I've had in a dentists office. The dentist wasn't gentle by any stretch of the imagination and just kept complaining my mouth is small. They dragged the appointment out, telling me every little thing my other dentists have done wrong. Invisalign was pushed an promoted so much I thought I was in an infomercial. At the end of it, they forced me to pay the full price, even though I have insurance because they weren't sure what the insurance would cover... and told me the remainder would be used as a credit towards future visits. There will not be any.

It's such a pain getting in touch with them too -- I've had 1 call out of 20 answered by them -- the others go to the answering service and my calls are seldom returned.

There are so many other choices for dentists in the area -- save yourself the trouble and go to someone else.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
