They are pretty good dentist, Did all my fillings through and examined my teeth quite well. They had difficulty with my tooth extractions but my tooth were my decayed so they referred me to an oral surgeon so that was taken care of. They are pretty good dentist.

GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .THEY CHARGED ME $80.00 TO MAKE MY APPT FOR A CROWN WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM..THERE STAFF HAD THE NERVE TO REMIND ME OF MY APPT 3-4 HRS THAT DAY! THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME 24-48HRS TO REMIND ME OF MY APPOINTMENT INSTEAD THEY CLAIMED THEY CALLED ME A WEEK OR SO BEFORE...WHO DOES THAT?...THEN TOLD ME SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE MY APPT ..THAT THEY WOULD KEEP MY DEPOSIT AND NOT WORK WITH ME TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DATE....i HAVE NEVER CANCELLED MY APPTS WITH THEM BEFORE..THIS IS UNETHICAL PERIOD! i HAD A MEETING TO ATTEND THAT DAY AND THEY COULD HAVE WORKED SOMETHING OUT WITH ME BUT THE DENTIST (QUYNH TRANG NGUYEN) NEVER BOTHERED TO SPEAK TO ME INSTEAD EVEN AFTER I HAD DEMANDED TO SPEAK WITH HER SHE HAD HER RECEPTIONIST DO IT FOR HER AND THEY CLEARLY DROPPED THE BALL WITH THIS ONE!....APPT WAS SET FOR MAY 17TH 3:00PM. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable.
