Dr. Okubo was rude and unpleasant to deal with, I hated going to my appointments with him. He regularly stabbed me in the gums, and his breath was rather foul for someone who works in dentistry.
It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Dr. Okubo is the best! If you have an issue with your retainer or braces, he will go out of his way to take care of you! I got braces at an older age and he had my teeth straight within 8 months! He also provided braces for my daughters and their teeth are beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Byron Okubo!
