I had my braces put on by this practice in 2001. It started out fine. The staff was friendly. He seemed to be doing a good job. Until one day he told me that I needed teeth pulled. I went to the dentist to got the teeth pulled that he had told me to. Turns out those teeth did not need to be pulled. That is when my problems started. It added about six months of time I had to be in braces. I had to have implants put in in place of the teeth. We had to threaten legal action to get him to pay for the implants. Then a year later my retainer broke and I tried to make an appointment to get it repaired. His staff would always say they would call us back. We were never able to get another appointment and ended up going to another orthodontist to finish up my care. I went through a lot of extra pain because he made a mistake. I would not recomend him to anyone.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
