This excellent dentist is very personable and able to access problems quickly and has all the equipment to solve and finish the work needed. His new office and wonderful facilities are inviting as are his staff. He explains the problems and outcomes very well and what to expect as well as the options. A great dentist and very gentle with children as well as adults. A wise choice!!!

Every visit with Dr. Cox was good. I would recommend his services because everything was in order and well managed. The ONLY problem I have with Dr. Cox was that he was out of the office (vacation or a seminar - whatever the reason he was out) and there were no emergency numbers to call. I called the office and left several messages over the span of two days. Finally when I couldn't stand the pain any more I had to find another doctor. It wasn't until AFTER I saw a new provider did anyone from Dr. Cox's office return my call.

It would have been nice to have had some direction when I was in pain. Based entirely on that reasoning (and having found another GOOD doctor) I've stopped visiting with Dr. Cox. A little forethought and a little more diligence in getting to the phones by his staff would have prevented this.
