I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was a little nervous at first about not being able to go back with my son, but they made him feel comfortable and at ease, and this was the best dental experience he has ever had. He has been to other so-called "pediatric dentists" and had awful experiences. Dr. McGregor was my dentist when I was a child, and has done a great job taking care of my son. I was VERY pleased with the level of service that my child and I received in this office.

We had a terrible experience with this dentist--he's very old school about kids needing to "toughen up". The hygenist and the doctor ignored my request to be consulted if any of the kids got upset, and two came out in tears because of the treatment. I never should have agreed to them being treated if I couldn't be present.
