They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.

I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. Over the past year he has had a full turn over of employees! The people that were there seemed to be great before. The new ones aren't helpful at all. They wanted to put me off a couple of weeks for an emergency. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. The TV's are always going. The Doctor watches it alot during a procedure and wants to talk about it. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I had a crown and the temp has come off 3 times, makes me think he uses bad material. Would not recommend this dds.
