They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional, but I was the only one in the waiting room and still had to wait 45 min before they asked me to the back. I was also very disappointed, that the treatment plan they said I should undergo was not covered by my insurance, and it was going to cost me over $600. I went and got a second opinion, at a dentist that a friend recommended and they said that what Monarch Dental was recommending was unnecessary and that all I would need is a typical tooth cleaning and to floss more often.
